All students in Groups 5, 6, 7, 8 (above 60 credits) must officially declare their major/minor and have it recorded in the Registrar's Office in order to register. To do this, you must meet with the departmental advisor and plan your program in the major/minor areas. Once this is done, it is the student's responsibility to return the completed major/minor form with the departmental stamp and signature to the OASIS, Room 217 HN.

Applicants for majors in the Health Sciences or Nursing should contact the Admissions Office, Room 203 HN. In addition, ALL STUDENTS RECEIVING STATE AID OF ANY KIND MUST DECLARE THEIR MAJOR BY THE TIME THEY HAVE COMPLETED 60 CREDITS. THERE IS NO WAIVER FOR THIS REGULATION.
